Order Processing
Every ENIRA order goes through a quality check before dispatch. Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after successful order confirmation.
- Personalised, engraved, customised, pre-order or made-to-order products may require additional processing time. The applicable timeline will be communicated on the product page or at the time of purchase.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are generally:
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days
- Other locations in India: 3–7 working days
- Remote / difficult-to-service locations: delivery may take additional time
These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may occasionally be affected by weather, courier delays, festivals, high order volumes, incorrect addresses, natural events, strikes or circumstances beyond ENIRA's control.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through the contact information provided during checkout. Please ensure that your mobile number, email address and shipping address are accurate before placing your order.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. ENIRA may offer free shipping during selected campaigns, promotional periods or above a specified order value.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts. If a customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or does not respond to the courier, the parcel may be returned to ENIRA. Any additional shipping cost incurred because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts or customer-requested re-shipping may be charged to the customer.
